    Hi Tom,

Thanks for taking time to leave a note. We are getting there with the web site. Still needs more work.

Virtual world (except some wellknown parts) is yet an unknown land for me. I need to be guided while crossing this land. Last Friday I had such an guided experience with Radical Inclusion Team. They provided us practical tools to meet the requirements of the virtual world. All these to stay competitive in our consulting business of course. Thank you to Holger and his friends who helped me to open the door slightly.. I liked the tools and their approaches.

    -Well structured
    -Informative
    -Technically almost flawless
-Well prepared: the short individual Webex training from Holger paid off!
-Objectives reached within time the time set

I’m looking forward to collaborating on an virtual assignment…!
    Love,

    Hi Holger,

I was amazed by the possibilities of Webinar, to organize a meeting, training. Actually I am interested to try on a certain purpose e.g.: one training or problem solving.

Although I am appreciating such a techniques, I missed people around me in the room. And for me difficult was to feel the dinamism, rithm of the training. So I need to learn how to feel, see, facilitate the process during virtual trainings.

Thanks for taking me to this tour!

The Webinar of the 11th of Dec.

It was a great experience to be part of a workshop in a multicultural group like the one we had.
It was the first time I had a virtual training and virtual communication in this depth at all. Really unique.
The set up and the management of the training were really professional and friendly at the same time.
I found it very useful and exciting, i am looking forward to the next one.

    Thanks very much again.
    Best regards,
    tamás

    Hi Radical team,

I am also getting some radical indeed. After the Unconference on 5th June, I guess i made most of the collaborative world possible in few hours. Now, I have many new friends in Skype and few other platform to learn about new tools and technology they are working on. Some of the new tools of collaboration that was named at that point were discussed later on also.

Indeed, this is a great way to get connected. As proposed during the meeting also, I would here again like to raise my wish that if the organizing team could regularly open such spaces for small gatherings like this to continue the collaboration.

One more question, after the unconference, I am searching for more such communities of practice and spaces where you can explore and learn about new development in IT and collaboration.

Many thanks and look forward to see more views on this

    To the Radical Team “Trailblazers”,

About a month gone by since the Radical Unconference Event and I feel like someone who came back from a wonderful whirlwind vacation and wants to return…now…soon! Having the opportunity to experience so many virtual tools and engage in an “Open Space” like environment packed with conversations topics that I was totally passionate about was absolute bliss.

Your numerous welcoming missives before the event helped build up the excitement for me, make me feel part of this global community even before I got there.

On the day of, I had a few technical glitches at the beginning but was quickly able to navigate to other places in the unconference quickly. Far from being frustrated, I felt as if part of a scientific community exploring the boundaries of the future. My heart still races thinking about it.

And then the delight of it all was discovering so many friends from all over the world in the groups I joined, receiving Skype messages on the side as we said hi to each other.

So my conclusion from this wonderful experience is that it is possible to connect with strangers and create a bond when you are passionate about something; that there are different tools that can engage your preferred style; that “one-size fits all” is not the way to go; and that when you already know people and engage virtually afterwards, well it's truly an “over the top” experience. Learning, sharing, and connecting in new and different ways was your gift to us that day.

Thank you Radical Inclusion Team for organizing this world-wide event. Now I imagine another international group, the Scrum Alliance Team, perhaps connecting with you to each blend your unique “trailblazing skills” to the wide-world of work. Each group recognizes that change and transformation starts with relationship first then technology, then process!

Thank you Juliane, Holger and Sari,
    Suzanne Daigle
