Radical Inclusion designed for the executive team a blended work process, which combines both virtual and face-to-face elements. The executive team workflows were moved up to a “virtual office” and Radical Inclusion coached the team to use conferencing platforms for status-update meetings, strategy workshops, decision meetings, and for holding interactive presentations for larger groups. Furthermore, asynchronous collaborative workflows were introduced for between-meeting information exchange and for sharing different types of material and documents. The executives meet now twice a year face-to-face, yet are better aware of current situations and able to make faster decisions.. |
