Vision

Authentic expressions from our team on our collective vision for collaboration…

Self-organizing swarm
Radical Inclusion is itself a self-organizing team.  We help our clients to embrace a workstyle that allows for flexibility, creativity while being highly productive. Incredible effectiveness and efficiency is possible with self-organizing behaviour. Self-organization is the deeper nature of things. Our role is simply small interventions that can cause huge impacts — if our interventions are smart! Self-organization links to the notion of ‘minimal effort’ and the path of least resistance… When we can help others to do so, it is possible to unleash the power of the swarm.

Receptor
Listening is a foundation for collaboration; listening also symbolizes connecting: linking ideas and patterns, and establishing deeper relationships between people.

Virtual hub
We help people to connect to each other and to exchange ideas, learning and collaborate to accomplish real work.

Organic hub
The core of virtual collaboration is this idea of gathering and allowing disparate groups or individuals to cross over using virtual space to achieve something that would otherwise not be possible.

Innovative/radical approaches
New ways of interacting that will give rise to new ways of resolving issues and creating new solutions.

Bridging
We are helping people cross bridges to be included…connecting similarity AND differences. So listening is key… infinite patience. Meeting people where they are bridging structure and uncertainty.

Creating Structure Within A Context Of Chaos:
The world is often characterized by uncertainty and chaos. Through collaboration, people can recognize patterns and create structures. Self organization is an example of structure emerging from chaos. I also see the world in some state of chaos and in need of the emergence of better forms of structure and organizational governance.

Collaboration/Community Formation:
I see the new, self organizing, form of collaboration that we are working on as being closely related to the way that communities form spontaneously.

Human, Humanity
We connect with our whole selves, not just ears, eyes, etc. That is what makes real collaboration possible and persistent.
