Keeping the process flowing
Project coordination, maintaining the relationship with the client and making sure that the project advances even when onsite meetings aren’t possible, can be quite challenging.
Our training sessions will also address the question how to use a collaboration space to organize work and get things done between meetings for teams who struggle with time zones and frequent travel.
How to get a feel for your online group
Getting a feeling for the group and energy in online meetings, is probably the task most people struggle with. We will share our strategies and reflect together on high and low energy moments. Practical training is key, and we have included ample space for practice in our sessions.
Technology can be your friend
In our trainings, we work in small groups to create a save space where you can experiment, get feedback, and discover alternatives ways of doing something. Problems are very welcome, as they provide great learning opportunities. Over time, you will learn to stay calm and shift to plan B or C, when needed. You will also appreciate the exciting new possibilities that technology can offer for work with your team or with clients.
Explore the potential for online workshops
It is really fun to do co-located workshops and meet with people, but sometimes it is just not possible to get all together in the same room. Online meetings and collaboration spaces are a good alternative to stay in touch and get work done. We train people how to use them effectively.
When and how?
The current training is full but we are repeating it regularly. Please get in touch to find out when the next one will start.
It will be comprised of 5 weekly 2-hour training sessions on Zoom (6-8pm CEST/ 12-2pm EDT), and you should plan for 1-2 hours of self-organized practice time between sessions.
